Resident logs a complaint → Recorded in Pelican → BSC sees request → Forwarded to developer → Fixed → Case closed.

Complaint handling was slow and inconsistent because communication and documentation were scattered across multiple channels.

Build a centralized system to streamline complaint reporting, tracking, and resolution for residents, BSC teams, and developers.

A unified workflow reduces miscommunication, ensures every case is recorded properly, and increases transparency for all stakeholders.

Create a dashboard for all complaints, enforce clear workflow stages, and provide real-time status visibility for residents.

Designed the end-to-end flow, built the backend and database model, implemented the iOS app with SwiftUI + Supabase, and refined the product through usability testing.
